Huge thanks to my Ipsy glam bag!. It is the easiest eyeliner I have ever worked with. Goes on smooth, stays on all day (with or without a primer) and the flow continues to be true and strong use after use unlike many other similar felt tip liquid liner pen style eyeliners.
