TATTOOED by Skone Cosmetics is the most amazing liquid liner and I cannot stop raving and telling everyone about it!

Huge thanks to my Ipsy glam bag!. It is the easiest eyeliner I have ever worked with. Goes on smooth, stays on all day (with or without a primer) and the flow continues to be true and strong use after use unlike many other similar felt tip liquid liner pen style eyeliners.

Pros:

• Goes on easy and smooth
• Lasts all day with or without a primer
• Excellent control
• Flow stays strong even after many uses
• Bold black color
• Washes off easy with soap and water
• Affordable (only $15.00)

Cons:

• Only comes in black (not a problem for me, but for those who do not like black liner this maybe a problem)
